BOSTON, July 13, 2021 – Bowen is pleased to announce that Sedona Systems, a leader in multilayer network automation and control, has been acquired by Cisco (Nasdaq: CSCO). Bowen acted as the exclusive sellside M&A advisor to Sedona in this transaction.
Headquartered in Ramat Gan, Israel, Sedona is the creator of NetFusion, a transformative network intelligence & automation platform.
