Garrison Macri
Managing Director
Garrison is a senior executive with over 35 years experience in digital communications for technology partners and enterprises globally. He currently leads Bowen’s CX practice which focuses on how people browse, shop, play, entertain, engage and the enabling growth tech companies that power our collective digital lifestyles.
Prior to Bowen, Garrison founded G.T.M. Advising, a boutique management consulting firm which advised companies in the digital technology space. He facilitated successful sales of Pontis (Realtime Decisioning – based in Israel) to Amdocs and Brand Embassy (Digital Customer Care – based in Czech Republic) to NICE/InContact. He also provided management consulting to Shelfy.io (ecommerce), SenseArena (VR Sports Training) and YourPass (e-wallet customer experience).
Garrison has held senior intrapreneurial roles at AT&T, Telefonica O2 and Comverse, among other companies. He holds dual undergraduate degrees from Syracuse University’s SI Newhouse School of Communications and their School of Liberal Arts.
When he’s not looking into the digital future he enjoys boating on the North Shore of New England and visiting friends in Europe or his extended family on the West Coast.

Bowen’s internship program offers a rigorous, in-depth investment banking development experience. Our interns are placed on one of our 7 growth tech deal teams and engage directly with our senior team members on every cycle of the banking process. Our culture is entrepreneurial and fast-paced. We hire intellectually curious individuals with the passion and maturity needed to succeed in this challenging and rewarding environment.
We offer traditional summer analyst internships for undergraduate and graduate students as well as off cycle opportunities.
